CONTAGION (2011)

A film by Steven Soderbergh
Cast: Matt Damon, Kate Winslet, Jude Law
Soon after her return from a business trip to Hong Kong, Beth Emhoff dies from what is a flu or some other type of infection. Her young son dies later the same day. Her husband Mitch however seems immune. And guess what the disease is spreading thought out the globe. For doctors and administrators at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, several days pass before anyone realizes the extent or gravity of this new infection. They must identify the name of the virus and find an antidote as quickly as possible but will take several month, in the mean time they is a panic among the people. I like I said as always said to prevent something like they wash your hands several times a day. anyway It is a Steven Soderbergh and you can not go wrong . This film by Steven Soderbergh is skillful at telling the story through the lives of several key characters and the casual interactions of many others Which I like and the fact that it is a all star cast. Whether this could happen in the way Soderbergh illustrates is beside the point; all viruses originate somewhere, and in an age of air travel, they can reach a new continent in a day and can set a panic among people very quickly. Good film that will make you think.
