BLACK MASS (2015)

Black mass

A film by Scott Cooper

Cast: Johnny Depp, Benedict Cumberbatch, Dakota Johnson, Kevin Bacon

The true story of Whitey Bulger, the brother of a state senator and the most infamous violent criminal in the history of South Boston, and here is the real kicker, he turns informant in order to take down the other mafia family invading his turf.

Yes Johnny Deep is back finally and it is about time plus what a performance. Here is the thing instead of showing all the violence that happened Cooper shows a little and put the film on a slow burner thriller mode and shows the investigation and how Bulger has con the FBI for 16 years. Johnny Depp has transform himself into Bulger the light color piercing eyes and the soft voice and he looks terrifying as hell none of himself came out, plus he had a short fuse. The other thing is that this film has the same formula that other crime film but this one has a stunning performance from Depp. It is an all star cast. Maybe if the director told the all story of Bulger it would be a different story and one of a hell of a story. Yes it is still a good film here and yes Depp is back on top.

I am studying to be an Infographics/special effect for movies. I will put the best films on my website no exception. It is like I am evolving with it, I am constantly redoing stuff on it. So have fun with it and thank you for visiting.
