In the early 1970s during the Cold War, the head of British Intelligence, Control, resigns after an operation in Budapest, Hungary goes badly wrong. It transpires that Control believed one of four senior figures in the service was in fact a Russian agent – a mole – and the Hungary operation was an attempt to identify which of them it was. Smiley had been forced into retirement by the departure of Control, but is asked by a senior government figure to investigate a story told to him by a rogue agent, Ricky Tarr, that there was a mole. Smiley considers that the failure of the Hungary operation and the continuing success of Operation Witchcraft (an apparent source of significant Soviet intelligence) confirms this, and takes up the task of finding him. To prepare for the role of George Smiley, Gary Oldman ate a lot of treacle sponge and custard to “put on a bit of middle-aged tummy”. Oldman also watched Sir Alec Guinness’s performance in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, and paid a visit to Smiley’s creator John le Carré: “The way he touched his shirt, spoke and so on, I took all that and used it. I hope he won’t mind, but Smiley is in his DNA.”

This is a vampire movie, original at that. It takes vampires seriously like the film Nosferatu. Oscar ( Kåre Hedebrant) is a lonely kid his parents are divorce and to top it all off either one of them wants him.  He hangs outside in the snow and he meet Eli (Lina leanderson) who is lonely too. They become friends Eli walks through the snow without shoes, and has a scent of a corpse. Oscar gets bullied by a bully who hangs out with 2 other thugs. It is cool to have a vampire friend to get rid of those bullies.

This film is an adaptation of the novel written by John Ajivide Lindqvist . Here is too kids that needs each other, they are both lonely and rejected by the world they live in. The 2 young actors are perfect for this role and they embraced it just right. They have done an outstanding job. I won’t go with the other characters to fear that I will say too much just in case you din’t see the movie.  The thing is this is not a movie for kids but if they see it they will get it and would be able to relate to it.  The title of the film is right because a vampire can not come in in someone house if he is not invited in .
